Type ICD keyword on the Description textbox, then click 'Search ICD'
List of ICD will be shown, click on the ICD description of the ICD that you will use
You can edit the description of the ICD
Enter "Diagnosis No" and "Select Case Type"
Enter the number of Order Count on
Load Record count textbox then click 'Refresh'
Auto saving on drafts while entering doctors order
Click 'Restore' to restore the unsaved order
Able to update Order entered within 5 minutes
